We hope you’ll join us at the PAC for the Berryville Spelling Bee!
Students in grades 3–8 will be competing for their chance to advance to the Carroll County Spelling Bee. Visitors will need to park and sign in at the PAC, not the high school.

American Education Week honors the commitment to providing quality education to every student. It’s a reminder of the important role public education plays in shaping futures and strengthening our communities.

🏠🍽️ Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week

Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week is observed each November to highlight the realities faced by millions of individuals and families across the United States. This week focuses on educating communities about the causes and impacts of food insecurity and homelessness.

Key Facts:

Hunger: Millions of Americans, including children, live in households that do not have consistent access to enough food for an active, healthy life.

Homelessness: Families, youth, and individuals may experience homelessness due to factors such as unemployment, rising housing costs, health issues, and unexpected emergencies.

Children and Schools: Many students rely on school meals as a primary source of nutrition, and some face housing instability while still attending school every day.

Community Support: Local food banks and community organizations work year-round to provide resources like meals and basic necessities.

By raising awareness, Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week encourages understanding and compassion for those experiencing these challenges.

📣 With the cool mornings and warm afternoons, our Lost & Found is overflowing with coats and other items! If your student comes home missing something, please encourage them to stop by and check the Lost & Found. We’d love to reunite these items with their owners!
