Winter weather is in the forecast! Please take a moment to review these important reminders:
• If your phone number or address has changed since the school year began, please contact your student’s school office to update that information.
• In the event of an early dismissal due to inclement weather, be sure your student knows what to do and where to go.
• Please ensure your student is dressed appropriately for cold weather. Write their names in items that could easily be left behind.
• If your student is missing a cold-weather item, have them check the lost and found at their school.
📢 Be assured that we will notify parents through school notifications and social media as soon as decisions affecting school dismissals or closures are made.

Proficiency Support Days give students extra time and help to master skills before semester grades are finalized. Students only attend the classes where they still need support — if they have already shown proficiency in a course, they do not need to report to that period. ✔️✏️

Students may attend Periods 1, 3, 5, and 7 if required.
🗓 Thursday, December 18
Students may attend Periods 2, 4, and 6 if required.
➡️ Students who stay on campus after 6th period Thursday will report to DRAFT from 1:35–3:15.
🗓 Friday, December 19
➡️ Make-up sessions will be available for anyone who still needs time to finish or improve work.
Failure to attend required Proficiency Support Days will result in Saturday School.
Students will be notified on December 11 whether they must attend each class, and teachers will provide guidance and comments as needed. ✔️📄
