Friday we will say 🌺Aloha Summer🌺! There will be activities involving water. Please make sure your students dress appropriately, do not wear a white shirt, and bring a change of clothes. Should they choose to wear a swimsuit they also need to be wearing a shirt and shorts over it. Students failing to follow these guidelines will not be able to participate in the activities involving water. #BobcatNation El viernes diremos 🌺¡Aloha Verano!🌺 Habrá actividades que involucran agua. There will be no breakfast on the go next week. The exception is athletes who do not get a chance to get breakfast during usual breakfast time. #BobcatNation No habrá desayuno para llevar la próxima semana. Semester tests are next week. Your student should know by this Friday if they are exempt from any tests. If they are exempt from all tests they do not need to come to review day. If your student has to take a test earlier in the day, but has no other tests that day, they may be checked out for the rest of the day. The semester test policy is below. #BobcatNation EXAM EXEMPTION MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL The test exemption will be for students in grades 6-12 who maintain an 80% each 9 weeks and no more than 5 absences. In addition, those students with at least a 70% each 9 weeks and perfect attendance will also be exempt. The only exception to absences will be school activity. An exempt student may leave campus for the remainder of the day once the testing period is complete and by following the regular checkout procedures. It will be the responsibility of the teacher to keep an accurate record of absences. An exempt student who feels the exam will raise his/her grade may do so, or may use the time to study for another test. It will be the responsibility of the teachers to provide the principal with a list of all exempt students who have met all the qualifications. A student who has been assigned ISS/Corporal Punishment or who has been suspended (OSS) loses all possibility for exemption for the semester. Los exámenes del semestre son la próxima semana. Será responsabilidad del maestro llevar un registro preciso de las ausencias. Un estudiante exento que sienta que el examen elevará su calificación puede hacerlo, o puede usar el tiempo para estudiar para otro examen. Big news! 🎉 Letter grades are UP across Berryville Schools! Thanks to the hard work of our students, staff, leadership, and supportive families, ALL of our schools increased their letter grades from the previous year! Berryville Elementary moved from a C to B Berryville Intermediate increased from C to B Berryville Middle JUMPED from a D to a B Berryville High climbed from a C to B District Overall= B We’re committed to continuous growth and improvement across the district. Our goal is to be a district of EXCELLENCE and we are well on our way to reaching “A” status! Let’s keep rising together, Berryville! #BobcatNation

New this year will be a chill out area where students can relax, play cornhole, and giant Connect 4. Remember that we will be in the Bobcat Gym this year.
